Truck tumbles down 200-ft. cliff west of Ukiah after brakes fail
A water truck plummeted down a 200-foot cliff Thursday after losing its brakes on Highway 253 west of Ukiah, according to the California Highway Patrol.

That truck had air brakes and when they fail the truck stops
