Why is the administrator killing post in support of the project? Sounds like censorship to me......

Look this simple economics, the county is losing millions to Sonoma county cause folks buy they're stuff there.....why? cause it ain't here, or it ain't here for the good price. Get over it, people want the Costco, the Target, the TJMax, the whatevers. This dream of industrial type jobs coming back to the valley is just that, why? look who runs the county. It's hard to believe that any rational person would vote to reject this project, is it perfect? Heck no, but it is much better than the mess you got sett'n there now, but if the NIMBY types have there way nothing will ever be built there.........so what if the traffic gets bad once a day or on the weekends, people adjust and move in and on, Heck have the Cal-trans fix it.....Who cares if the county rules get changed, seems they may need it.
The project will be a great asset for Ukiah and the county in general. Build it, build it big, even the haters will shop, once the dust up is over.....just think.... all them Costco free samples.....

Have you read this analysis? Do you understand it?

This project is a huge liability not an asset for the county. DDR has given themselves a free pass on the total cost of traffic mitigations for whatever they decide to build. They won't even say what they are going to build! Screw them. I'm voting NO!!!!!!!

We should vote yes on Measure A because retailers that want to come to Mendocino Crossings that are not able to, they have the availability to come to the Ukiah Airport area like PetSmart (Jeff Adams said Mendocino Crossings has only room for one pet store tenant, and Petco is doing better than PetSmart, financially, and they already have a letter of intent from Petco.), Borders (Jeff Adams said it likely that Barnes & Noble is likely to come to Mendocino Crossings because Barnes & Noble is doing better than Borders, financially, even though Barnes & Noble has not expressed interest to come to Mendocino Crossings, at this time), and retailers like those.

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Scorpio

Let the past stay in the past for now. Even though you may have fond memories of intense experiences, the Virgo Moon sees to it that you have virtually no desire to go there again just yet. This is your opportunity to show others what you can do in a more civilised environment. Don't try to shout down someone who is rude enough to interrupt. As unlikely as it may seem, the softest voice has the biggest chance of being heard today.
