Update: Zip-ties raise cash

Since zip-ties to identify medical marijuana plants went on sale at the Sheriff's Office last week, county citizens have continued to purchase the blue zip ties with serial numbers.

Our Sheriff, Tom Allman, has come up with a system to tap into and profit from the Federally illegal, child poisoning that all of our local illegal pot growers are profiting from. Over half of the profits that come from the sales of marijuana come from the pockets of kids under the age of 18 all across the country but Allman doesn't seem to care about that, he seems to be just as greedy as the drug dealers.

I hope he doesn't find a way to profit from the unleashing of bank robbers and/or pedophiles because this county will fill up with them too.

My guess is you can't, just more fact less fearmongering and lies.

And although I won't buy into the zip tie project,
Tom is just doing what he is able to at this time to try and give the county it's piece.

Another thing I have noticed watcher is that it is common that people that seem to be fighting for the kids most actively, are actually doing it out of guilt of being abusers themselves. Or using the position they are in to further their abuse of children. Is this you? Sometimes I wonder...

that's not what he/she asked. they want the stats that more than 50% of PROFITS come from KIDS. they didn't argue that illegal drugs are not in schools. they are. I and others argue that more than half the PROFITS from marijuana sales come from school children. can you show us where you found that statistic on school children/marijuana profits?

All you have to do to see the truth is to take off those profitable blinders and start caring more about children's education and their futures than you care about getting high and rich off of illegal drugs.

In fact from what I have found the largest age group of cannabis users is the college age group, followed by the "baby boomer" generation. Kids and the 65 and up are the lowest. So it just doesn't add up this info you try to pass as fact. It is just more lies to strike fear into the hearts of the uninformed...

No you're wrong

You can't see the truth just by pretending you can. You have to go spend lots of time with people who care more about kids and the future than illegal drug profits and see how they think.

They wont have pot plants all around their kids swing set, nor will they have hundreds of pot buds hanging from ceiling wires over their kid's beds to dry.

The people who care more about their kids than illegal drugs are spending time with their kids helping them with their education and homework instead of sitting around in front of their kids in a drug induced stupor, drooling on themselves, spilling the bong and creating one fire hazard after another.

You also have to try to trade in your greed for a heart. This can take time. Good Luck!

You know... while I can applaud your tenacity when it comes to your opinion against the so called med mar growers.. I have to admit your one-sidedness gets tiresome. You can be just as bad as those who defend med mar when they know they're growing for profit.

Some things that are really tiresome are the ever increasing number of kids who's futures are disappearing in a puff of smoke not to mention those who believe that because there once was a very small amount of 2% THC pot available to kids in the 60sm It's OK to have tones of 20%+ THC pot available in almost every school in the nation today.

I'm sure the millions of parents who are watching their kids fail at education because of pot or are driving their kids to rehabs will make sure that their woes don't become tiresome to the drug dealers that are causing it all.

Most of them just wish they could have a nice day.

How do you know that kids are the main buyers? Are you selling them the stuff? Teenagers also drink and mainly steal their alcohol and drugs (mainly prescription meds) from THEIR PARENTS! I would like to know how you came to these conclusions that drugs are sold mainly to just kids?
