How does one live with there self after getting on here and posting CRAP like AOL posted??? AOL Did you know Chad Fuqua??? How can you just get on here and JUDGE him?? This is how the CRAP keeps stirred up, How do you figure Chad was in a world of blindness??? WTF was a DRUNK doing, whipping a u-turn in front of him, From reading your post,sounds like your the STONER... How do you know how fast Chad Fuqua was driving?? Was you there?? You should of done some good hard thinking before you got on here and posted some CRAP like you did... Or was your brain STONED??? Best thing for you to do is just keep your mouth SHUT... Your friend is in enough trouble as it is... Both families are going through enough and the more you run your mouth the harder it's going to be on your friend... Have you ever heard of KARMA, Well buddy,it's a B____!!

Chad Fuqua was a great person whom was in the wrong lane at the wrong time.He was traveling east bound on business 65.
He made a mistake of speeding.The driver in the oncoming lane made a common driving error;
A U-turn.Drive around Branson for a day and see how many U-turns you see take place. It is hard to see a motorcycle at night sometimes in this area of darkness to sudden illumination.

I am sorry Chad died,but to say he was not at fault is judgemental.This will decided in a court of law.I assume the motorcycle had brakes right?

If I hit everyone whom made a simple driving error in Branson and the surroundings areas,I would be in an accident everyday.

If the driver in said question turns out to be intoxicated;my opinion is totally different.

Freedom of speech.

Aol- Are you not the same dumb-ass that stated it is not a crime to drink and drive if you drive a hummer, well if thats the case maybe someone should run over you after all if it was done with a hummer it wouldn't be a crime to run over a dumb-ass.

Chad Carter was not drunk or anywhere over the legal limit the night of the accident. His Blood alcohol level was given in court yesterday and it was .012. The news and the radio simply went off of the probable cause statement at the accident. Chad Carter is a good person and Im sure the Chad Fuqua was as well. Do either one of you really have the right to judge?

Yes - I have the right to judge - Chad Carter killed my cousin -.012 over 5-hours later!!! What would his BAC level had been had he NOT refused at the scene to take a road test on recommendations from his attorney Allen that he called before calling 911? I bet way over .012 - do you not think that this is a consideration to find probabale cause? They have ways of calculating his true BAC at the time of the accident. Sorry - but your FRIEND was drunk!! They just had to get a warrent to test him 5-hours LATER!!!!! Your FRIEND killed my cousin who is missed EVERYDAY EVERY MOMENT - I live with that!!!! The least Chad Carter can do is live with that in a cell for 5 to 15 years - at least he will get parole - but my cousin will NOT!!!
