I've been looking at this "neighborhood"/town within Macon recently. Really like it's history and the older homes. I've been through and it's obviously run-down, but the home prices, wow. If there's a chance this neighborhood might bounce back, I'd be willing to go along with the ride. Anyone have any thoughts on Payne City? Experience?

Payne City is just like it sounds..."Pain" nothing but redneck ass wipes that look for someone to rob.
