Anyone upset with SupportKids, Inc??

I spoke with local child support office and asked who was the dd going to and they said a bank in CA but I told them i was going to revoke any POA that they had and she said to do that through my county but I am still wondering since they have you account information if they can still access it and I am not sure who all I need to send the POA to i need a guide to help

I went to my bank and told them what happened.After a brief discussion They suggested I close the dd from my banks end.That way no one could take anything out of my account and worse case scenario, SK would send me one of their stupid cards. I got lucky after I sent the POA Revocation,{I also contacted my ex through the US Postal Service and got him to stop paying}Got my SK account closed.
If you take the time from page two to here you'll find all the addresses and a sample revocation of POA. I posted them all. I also posted them several times through out this forum, BUT for the life of me can not remember what page any of them are on.

If I had case with sk and i went in and settled for xxxxx amount of dollars but now they have transfered case to rjb can my ex get a settlement letter from rjb for the amount I settle for and delinguish the amount that is also due with the "state" since they are a third party.

I asked SK that question many years ago and they said I would owe them part of that money because I had a contract with them.
But please don't take my word, contact an attorney because chances are you are not going to get a fair and honest answer from RJBA or SK.

All I can offer is a virtual turkey leg with dressing, cranberry jelly,and peppermint ripple ice cream from the local grocery store's brand name. I've got to recommend their rum raisin too!
In reality I'm wrapped from head to toe in sock yarn while knitting and covered in little pieces of embroidery floss while I'm simultaneously cross stitching something for one of the kids.

I don't see how the state will allow you to "settle" for half of the amount. I'm in Tx too and I have always been told this back amount of 61k will sit on my ex forever until it's paid off. I wouldn't sign crap stating he's no longer obligated. It's his kid so why should he only be responsible for "half" of what he owes. It's child support...not some hospital bill they can negotiate down. I'm assuming everything you had with SK will remain in effect with RJB as far as them collecting but if the state says he owes 26k, he owes 26k. RJB and SK can't just randomly decide what you can and can't get. Even if you canceled your case with the state the money owed doesn't change. They still show he owes the 26k and will still go after him for it when you reinstate your case. The best thing for you to do is change your DD with the state to reflect yours and not rjb and then revoke your poa and then pressure the state to go after the amount. The state will decide what is left.

Taking the advice from someone in this forum, I sent a certified letter to Support Kids asking them to terminate my contract. They sent me a letter informing me that they would review my case and make a decision within 30 days. I couldn't believe when I checked the website and there on my account summary, they said my case with them was closed! You would think they would have sent me an official letter informing me of their decision, but at least I got out of my contract with them. What scammers!

I had to talk to them. they called me, and I just kept saying close my case. Glad your certified letter got to the right place. I sent mine to a certain C.E.O. and I also know who actually signed for it. Not the C.E.O. and then I just kept telling Yvonne to "CLOSE MY CASE."

A case with Supportkids Services, Inc. can be terminated in four ways.

(1) Supportkids collects the Specified Amount.

(3) I don't receive child support payments for twelve (12) months in row. I must
tell Supportkids in writing if I want to end this agreement for this reason, and
I must tell Supportkids before Supportkids collects a payment following the
twelve-month period. If Supportkids has hired a lawyer for me, I cannot end this
agreement until the lawyer has finished the specific duties for which he or she
was hired. Supportkids will be entitled to its fee on any payments that are
received as a result of the actions taken by the lawyer. Also, if Supportkids
placed a lien against the NCPs property, my case will remain open only for the
limited purpose of enforcing the lien, unless I tell Supportkids at the time I
close my case that I want the lien removed. If I don't ask Supportkids to remove
the lien, Supportkids will be entitled to its fee on any payments which are
received because of the lien.
(4) Supportkids determines it may not be successful on my case and notifies me
it is closing my case.

Please note, once your request is received it will go through a 30 day review
process. You will be notified of the decision made by Supportkids Services,

I was looking into my case and I am vary un happy with the progress you have
not made You started on my case 6/13/06 and the last actions made on my case
was 6/25/09. I found that if 12 consecutive months pass during which no payments
have been collected or received directly from the NCP and I notify Supportkids

void becouse I feel you have done nothing on my case 4 years that I didnt
provide you with the phone numbers and info. I just think it is a waste of my
time waiting on you to make something happen like you promise. I mean 4 years?

tried to find him through ya'll it has only made me think something was going to
happen maybe. But as you can see by looking at my case nothing has been done.

They just quoted you the garbage in the contract.
Go to the POA in their contract and change every word that says I give ,to I revoke and get it notorized, otherwise they'll just keep "yanking your chain."
I was the first one to get out of the agreement on this board. While your at it, send a copy to TX dept of banking, TX Attorney General Public Affairs office, and send the Restriced Certified copy of POA Revocation to one of the SK,Inc Board. Then expect a call from Yvonne. Just keep saying "Close my account."
