I think you are wrong about the principal and correct about a few of the teachers.

Let's not forget there are parents that do not care about their kids' education and use public school as free daycare.

Maybe you should visit there and sit and watch the kids how they fight and curse each other and teachers. Parents need to raise their kids not the school. If your child talks back to you dont you think they do it to others. Kids speaking to each other with no sense at all. Cussing and fighting, etc, this starts at home. Come and visit we welcome you. Ask sub. teachers how they are treated. Some never even make it a whole day. You know if you work hard each day you do get a paycheck. Unlike waiting for the mailman to deliver your check the first of each month.Kids hurting teachers not funny. And I am not a teacher nor would have want the job. The job could cost you your life.

Idiot. The teachers are in their classrooms waiting for you to visit and discuss your child privately.

sounds to me you must not know to visit the teachers. They are in the classrooms. Sounds to me all you have on your mind is people saying the n word. Black kids are always calling each other this along with all the curse words. There are few white kids in the schools now because of parents like you. stupid. No teacher has said this word to a class and if you believe your kid then it is snowing in hell now.you always have excuses for your kids staying in trouble and taking it out on teachers when in fact you do not have enough sense to teach them at home. you are teaching hate and that is what is wrong in the schools. Bet your kid stays in trouble. Maybe you should come to school and spend the day with your kid and watch how they yell n, b, mf , and all the other choice words to each other and 11 and 12 years old having babies. You see very few white speaking and having babies so young so I really would not worry about the n words. How about teachers being yelled out bitches ringing down the halls. Food fights, etc. remember blacks make up 85 percent schools.Another thing educate your kid at home if you can and save the working man allot of money. cause all you know is to slander teachers. We see where the kids get their mouths. No, I am not a teacher. But I am thankful for each and every one of them. And hope them the best for having parents like you to deal with

Look at you... Talking shit. First off, YOU weren't there when that parent was dealing with the teacher. You do not know what they heard or saw. Secondly, there are many times where the teacher was not in their room and have been chatting up friends and other teachers elsewhere, so blindly believing they are all sitting in their rooms waiting for parents always is stu- not correct. Third, why make this into a race thing? There are BAD children of all races. And attacking someone for posting their experience. Yeah, you are an bigoted idiot.
My final point is this: It seems that a lot of those teachers are burning or are burnt out. Granted, BAD children make their lives much more stressful. But I HAVE walked through the halls, and I HAVE heard teachers use every word that has been used against them. Teachers work hard, they are important for the stability of youths, but to think that they are all saints or angels is not only ignorant, it is irresponsible.

Same back at these parents who think their children are angels.

If you honestly heard a teacher saying those words, you should report them to the principal and superintendent immediately.

Let me assure you, if a teacher said the "n" word in this town- he/she would not have a job!! Blacks can say it all day long. But if a white said it- OMG- they would run in the ground and be labeled a racist. They would call in the NAACP and get as much attention as possible. No- I will never believe a teacher said it.

first off if a parent raises their child right then they have no reason not to believe their child a parent should always listen to their child and what kind of message are you sending when you sit and call someone else name not very mature now is it and if and when my child does attend there trust and belive that all hell will break loose on the superintendent and me and my husband i will not tolerate it.

White folk always confuse me with this statement. Why would you want to call a black person the N word. I am black and dont use the word, nor allow it in my home. I hear white folk jokingly call each other cracker, a redneck or white trash, however I have NO NEEd or desire to call a white person that. If i did, i am sure they would be offended, and rightfully so. I dont care what some folk call each other, if its derogatory I dont want to say it anyways, and dont care to follow an obvious ignorant person.

I don't use the N Word foe blacks or whites. Just hear young blacks use it a lot. Don't really gave a word for blacks or whites. Just people. Deal with a lot of blacks and whites in my job. Good and bad in both races!!

There has to be a separation between religion and scientific facts. Religious beliefs have no possible way of being proven. Teachers can't teach beliefs, only facts.

The kids in the FC school system are a whole different breed of kids. Something has gone wrong in this town where the kids only goal is to pass a class rather than to excel. They want the easy way out and don't do the work assigned. Then they wonder why their grade is so low.

I've seen the graffiti in the halls and bathrooms, the foul language written everywhere is appalling. The 'N' word is the least of anyone's problem. But I think I'd rather the kids have the curteousy to learn to spell the curse words correctly rather than try to ban them. Be foul but at least be semi-intelligent doing it.

All the schools here are that way. There are some teachers who do care but most do not. I am at LMAE everyday. I am not a teacher, I am a parent who cares. I have witnessed how some of these so called teachers treat these kids. It is a disgrace. It is true that it starts at home with the parents and some kids are just disrespectful brats. i think that Dr. Jerry Woods resigning is the best thing for our district. Things will change for the better with someone in charge who is in it for the kids and not face time!!!!
