have you tried going to the website and registering your phone so u can veiw your records,?

if u call the toll free number to ask a question you will go through recordings and then you have to wait for a live person to get to your call. but be ready, you WILL NOT get to talk to anyone but a arab or indian and before those idiots figure out what you are requesting then .... lets just say i hope you dont shoot yourself.

Yes, it only allows you to refill your account and the date it needs to be filled

I've tried that as well....with all the red that you have to go through it's like you've killed someone when all you want is a phone log...although I do realize it's confidential information...But come on ...I feel like if I can give you all the correct information you're needing that should be enough but it's not...

If you could give all the information needed then you would get what you are asking for, BUT when you are trying to get information off a phone that you found or stole, then you do not have the information that you need. The phone that you have has been reported stolen, and your address has been given to the police.

might i suggest switching to page plus cellular...i did and i couldnt be more happy,you can do it online or up at sams , by fina.and straighttalk and alltel phones are compatiable

The web site will not allow you to set up your number for an account..
Its a nightmare then when you call them they do not understand, and
they are not friendly.

I called and requested a copy of my call details and they gave a list of documents that they were needing for me to send them and than I would have to wait thirty days to receive it. Where's the customer service?

Those phones are meant for people to cheat with. so get over it because you suspect your mate of cheating your just trying to catch them up and its pissing you off because you can't.

I know lots if people who have this service that don't cheat. It is much cheaper, only 45 a month for unlimited text talk and Internet. That's way cheaper than Verizon or at&t, unfortunately it is a prepaid service so there is no record. But if your trying to save some money and not receive a outrageous phone bill you should try it! I love it!!!

I live in an area where there isn't any other prepaid services available. I don't have it to "CHEAT". I have it because it's what I can afford. You can not beat the price for the service. I agree the customer service is horrible. But, I would not trade mine for anything. I love it!!

Well to be honest the service was fine except my D@mn phone kept breaking and straight talk was giving me the hardest time. There customer service sucks and they understand you just as much as you understand them. Straight talk cheated me out of a phone and then made me go through bs to get another phone. I had the android proclaim. Why the f would they send me a replacement phone that had buttons on it. im like freaking really people. They have this half @$$ customer service and they are very hard to compromise with. I recently went back to verizon and i couldnt have made a better decision. Excuse my language but F@#$ straight talk.
