FYI - Any and every time I open a link for information relating to a discussion I'm interested in ..... I check out the source probably more thorough than anyone else you may encounter,... so in the future, know this about me.

In this case, your source is a summary piece on an analysis by Prof. Antony Davies, an Associate Professor of Economics at Duquesne University.

On October 1, 2012, Duquesne University professors voted YES to unionize with the Steelworkers by a 50-9 final vote.

Your source belongs to a Labor Union.

well, hell, everyone knows universities are controlled by democrats, and unions are the storm troopers of the evil democratic power base. They had no choice,,, just as it is designed.

My husband is in a union and he is none of that! The unions are there for the employees if not you would be walked all over by your BOSS and you wouldnt be making the money you are now!
Then tell me why it is that all the 'right to work' states are doing so well in this economy and the 'union' states are standing around with their hands held out for free government money? Our economy is doing very well in my 'right to work' state and I don't want a bunch of union cry babies moving here and messing things up! Managment and labor have a very good relationship here, but if union thugs try to move in and strong-arm the company owners, they have no choice but to fight back at the employees expence. NO UNIONS AND: don't call me a troll for voiceing my opinion, Forrest City is my hometown and I still care what happens there.

Well aren't you just full of knowledge?

Where does "your" right to work state rank in federal government funded social service programs?

And how will cuts in these social programs effect your balanced budget next year?

Arkansas is a red state yet a food stamp dependent state. Arkansas, by voting for the Republican ideals are feeding the dog that will someday eat them.

There are 50 food stamp dependent states now thanks to your president.
