I have a few questions. If a tenant is evicted is the landlord required to gjve prior written notice? If so how long does the tenant have to get out. Also, does the landlord have the right
to enter the unit without permission of the tenant especially if the tenant isnt home?

What if someone is on HUD and getting food stamps and claiming a fake disability and the doctor is prescribing way to many pain pills to this person and they sell the pills and the food stamps but they still do things on the side to disprove the disability. What do you do. That's not fair to the people that really need it.

Go to state attorney general website and make a complaint. Send proof of allegations and let them take care of it.

Are you just mad at this person or you know for a fact that they get government help, is faking their disability and is prescribed way too many pain pills? Are you close to this person? Is this person a male or female?

There are plenty of other HUD lords around Forrest City. Just curious though. What did you do to upset your landlord.

If you owe rent, he only has to give a 10 day notice.
