The Lt. Owes you over $9000.00 and admits it in a text, tells you he does not have the money to pay you and agrees in text for you to take anything you want from the apartment as you relationship is over he loves you but does not love you in his heart. He knows you are going out of town and he offers to pay you money for some of the things at the end of the month knowing you are going out of town for a couple of weeks. He came to tell you that you took the wrong guns and you offer to exchange that night. He tells you it can wait 2 to 3 weeks. He knows you are leaving town to settle the nevers he send a text that this is between you and I. This Lt. goes and threatens your father and gets entry to your house with the key from your father while he knows your out of town. Your father is 81 and has cancer and the Home health care aid is the one that wrote the not and he signed it. You call home and Dad tells you that the Lt. Has been there and taken things from your house and has left a dated note verifing that he has taken this stuff out of your house. Now how the D.A. can call this a civil matter, I do not Know. Is the city protecting the Officers from facing the justice system for their crimes?
You have the proof, the text saiding that you are owed the money, that you can take anything you want and then that he did go into your house and take things back tells that he was the one that took them.
Do these officers not have to follow the law just like normal citizens?

Is this the same guy listed on the Wynne site? I thought this was posted earlier with a different title. Will the Prison not do an investigation into his actions? I thought they had Ethics to follow as they are suppose to the the guardians of people whom have committed crimes, no ones that actually commit the crime. Good Lord what is this world coming to.

yes confused it is and I do not know what happened to the first post. Seems someone doesnot want this truth to come out. I am not sure what the prison will do about one of it employees but someone really needs to look at him. It is a sad place when someone that the general public feels is there to keep us citizen safe from criminal and they are the ones breaking the law and no one wants to take action.

Is not this Prison getting a new warden soon? Let us hope that he starts looking into things like this happening in the community. These Guards should be held accountable for their actions. The good people of the area should not have to be subject to this type of conduct.

Although by the sound of it the guy was wrong and should be held accountable it sounds like a personal issue not a job title issue. Handle it as what it is first. Telling his job isn't going to make the law work faster, better or in your favor. If it is what you explained then once its handle properly, then his job could be affected. Trying to jump the gun and get him fired certainly isnt going to help you get your money repaid

I am not trying to get him fired. I just want Justice. He broke the law. He went into my house after scaring my father to open the door and he stold things that were given to cover his debt. He knew I was out of town. It seems because of his title they are turning the other cheek and ignoring the facts and evidence in this case. He is using his title for the purpose of being able to do as he pleases with any consequences. He of all people should be held accountable for his actions. If you or I did what he did, we would be charged with the felony and be headed for court. I just want justice for what is legally right and legal wrong. He should have been held accountable just as if he did not work at the prison and that was not the case. He knows the legal aspect of things and should have exercised these limits on his behavior. I do plan on taking the next legal step and filing the civil suit against him. It is now a matter of principal. We should all be treated equal without job titles and I do not think he was.

You seem to be the one hung up on somebody's job title. Maybe why your relationship didn't work out. You probably bought into that rumor that guys that work at the prison have money LOL. You're probably one of the whining bitches begging somebody to name names on who's cheating at the prison. And just exactly what do you think a "civil matter" is? You pretty much defined it. Get a life. Maybe get your own job at the prison and then you will see that local law enforcement does in fact not cater to them. Now I sympathize with your broken heart but get off topix trying to drag people's jobs into your personal life.

I am not the one that is hung up on his job title. I did not buy into the rumors that working at the prison they have money because if that had been the case he would not have needed my money to live and he would have been able to pay me what he owes me. I do know what a civil matter is but if he had not worked at the prison the city would have been the ones to prosecute him for these actions. I do have a life, thank you very much. I do have the right to ask opinion of the general public on what everyone else thinks about it and how they would feel. I am not saying all of them are like this one but in every career the image we show the public is how they think we all are. A few bad apple can harm the whole bushel.
