Mr. Beasley. You have always done a great job. Keep your chin up and dont let them get you down. Leave the commission when you get ready and on your own terms. Thank you for the years you have served us.

Jeffers apparently had nothing to say at the city council meeting but has a half a page letter to the editor in today's paper. What a coward.

Why would you allow Mayor Bryant to be the Arbitrator on this issues. You need someone that is not involved with either sides. What a joke.

That is a joke. There is a faction, and I believe Bryant is a part of it that will not be happy until every department head is black. He proved that when he went to the ends of the earth to find the last two black chiefs. He is a well known racist.
