I know about this situation too, and it is a truly ashamed. I attended this church, and needless to say most of the members are good. Young baby daddies, old baby daddies, they are a mess.

This doesn't happen at all black churches, and you are right most of the deacons are in on this womanizing, cheating mess. The pastor is the highest paid black pastor in the city and the name is united Christian. I know all parites involved and these are not the only women he courted.

I don't know the guy, he might need to hide his dirt a little better and tell his congregation to stop telling his business. I pray for y'all, but y'all need to grow some balls and your deacons need spines.

Serously this si not so much about the pastor as it is blacks and their low standards, if the preacher/pastor can get away with this, then I guess this is what blacks teach rheir children and the stats above backs everything.

Not every back church allow this. I am GOGIC, and our pastor was caught up in mess like this. We released him imediately.

My sister attends United Christian, and my 10 year old nephew made a statement saying he was going to be a PIMP like his pastor. The children should not know about this, and my step sister should have not laughed when he said this, but corrected him.
Pastor Latham will pay for his wrong, and just think of all the souls that were saved through the Word at his church. He is repsonsible for those souls too.

Have you ever seen a black male member of the church,that wasn't called a reverened,deacon, pastor,or preacher?
In most all the cases,that your woman goes to the preacher...etc .That he is going to take advantage of the situation.This is wrong,he knows it,and SHE knows it.This is what he will call,when in front of his friends,one of the fringe benefits.
I know a preacher/reverend,that I caught trying to pull this on a young woman.I confronted him about it,he left NEVER to return.See I had ALREADY told her in advance what he was up to.He would drop by when my vehical wasn't home,saying that he was just stoping by to see me,knowing ALL along,that IF MY VEHICAL AIN'T HOME,THEN I'M NOT THERE EITHER.Later I come to find out,that this so called reverend had been caught by his own flock,and put out of the church.
If you and your woman are having any problems,and you and her can't work it out between ya'll,WITHOUT a preacher,then go your separate ways.Because adding another man into the equation,or woman,ain't going to help.

Sadly this is common in our churches. Black folk we have got to do better. Iknow pastor latham and deacon wynne. Deacon ben wynne will never change, that entire family is messed up. I am suprised that he is not mad about latham messing with his baby daughter and his grandchild. Latham didn't start off that way he got mixed up with the wrong family(wynne), and got caught up.

Let me say this can't nobody tell you about (TRINA) but (TRINA).....so let me start off by saying this, yes it was wrong for what the PASTOR did and for how he did it. Thats why its so much hate and jealous in the church because everybody's pointed the finger in the wrong direction. I been accused of sleeping with pastor, I've been told they say me coming out the hotel with him, and hell somebody called da Mrs and told her to watch me! Like, who does that????? I take pride in UNITED CHRISTIAN MB CHURCH, I'am the Asst. Director I love what I do it delivers me. I dont come to church to see what the PASTOR got on or if he's looking good, because thats he's WIFE's job.@ Hardworking Yankee and Truth Hurts....Im sure you are very familiar with my face, come to me dont degrade me, my grandfather, or my aunt off some he say she say r they say on the web. Trina, I don't know you or this pastor latham, but I have seen you I work in a local factory and hear so much about your church and pastor, and oother black churches. It seems common in your community. You seem lik a good person, but I think your pastor is an evil man. I heard he said something really mean particulrly about you. Inhpoe your family does not fall apart because of this man.
Will ur church take any actions against this man? You seem young, and I am sure you and your family has learned something from this. Also is your grandfather mad at latham at all? Did you guys know the rev had so many lady friends? You ladies should not take the blame and let this man come out looking like a hood pimp. Stop judging Pastor Latham, if he did get caught oh well that's life, get you a life and leave his alone. Only God can judge him, what secrets do you have?
