Route 60 accident sends two to hospital

A two-car accident sent two people to the hospital Wednesday afternoon on Route 60 in the village of Fredonia shortly before 2:30 p.m. According to Fredonia Police, a vehicle driven by Kelly Imhoff, 24, of Forestville was traveling south in the east lane of traffic on Route 60.

Reduce the speed limit to 30MPH on that stretch. Limit is too high given the congestion.

Do not pay attention to drivers "directing traffic" from the confines of a 4,000+ pound vehicle.
No left turns.

The speed limit and the lack of common sense of drivers is 90% of the problem. You see people driving 40-45MPH when there is congestion,that is driver stupidity.
