Took the authorities too long to catch up this this fraud and crook. I also do not understand why that they let this new renamed business of his continue to operate. They are nothing but frauds and crooks who will take your money and give you no product in return.

I used to work for him as a side job through a friend. He has the worst bi-polar I have ever seen. I must say though Keith Zapata had no idea of what was going on. I think he had some idea but not the full story. He is a good kid that took the wrong job I do believe Carmine is a scam artist and an asshole. He claims to have military contract but I spent the four months working for him trying to work those contracts out and the miltitary would take them. On top of that he used Russian software to built the company website!!!! If you want to know more reply to this!!! I know more than most as I was a set of outside eyes.

This man has been scamming persons for a long time...unfortunately his girlfriend Maria Garcia is indeed a Army Nurse with the rank of a Captain in the Army. She is now dead. It is suspected that she was killed. This matter will be looked into soon. The crook is already enquiring about her life insurance. She was not even buried as yet and he was checking into her insurance...God be with him...I hope he is captured soon, if he is indee wanted. He is an abusive pig, who threw that woman's children out at a young age. I hope he rots in hell. This man was never a member of the any part of the U.S military. From the time I knew this man, he was selling bagles, then he went into the flea market at aquaduck sell knock-off military uniforms.

And I can comfort Maria has past. I was at her wake. It was a sad day when I found out. I honestly believe she had nothing to do with Carmine's fat ass scamming people.

Not only was Carmine arrested at Capt. Maria Garcia's home in New Jersey, He was extradited to Florida to face the music for all the warrants here, but Maria came to his side and while she was here, she passed away. I don't know what the circumstances were, she may have taken her own life or even had a a heart attack. Not sure. I will find the link and post it for you all.
