Night of guise and dolls

This was no ordinary Tuesday afternoon. Indoor soccer games were skipped and piano lessons forsaken.

While its refreshing to see something positive for our youngsters to follow and get excited about and the focus off the troubles of lindsay & britney, sadly this 'kids thing' has generated (according to the local news report the other night for the concert in WDC) a number of ticket broker agencies and individuals on ebay, craiglist, etc. "offering" tickets for up to and possibly beyond $3000 each for what I believe is a $60 something ticket. Whats wrong with people? Is what really amounts to a relative small amount of money made so important its worth ripping off 10-13 yr olds and holding their parents hostage? Let the kids have their fun. Perhaps there is a way to stop scalping for entertainment events geared towards children. Perhaps Hannah and other entertainers marketing to children could sell their tickets directly to their fans and not make them available in bulk to parasites who only smell the cash and could care less who it affects. While I find ticket reselling generally laughable I do understand the "capitalism aspect" I guess. But lets limit ot to mostly adult attended events.
