I agree. Raves don't belong anywhere. I cannot believe that they are allowed to exist.

My name is Austin, I have attended a rave at pharoahs, it was alot of fun, very tiring, and I'm 20 years old, I went to Pajama Jam, it was the funest time i have had since i wen to see motley cruex, and aerosmith. I think it is just fine, at any big event there are people on drugs, you cant stop that, but most of the people I met were really nice, and friendly. I THINK IT SHOULD BE OK.
plus it makes the community money.

I agree with Austin, I believe that people should be able to have a place to stay out all night no matter how loud they are. It's nice to have some variety in redlands, who wants just a bunch of rich ass stuck up people in redlands? dont we want people who will stop and say hi, even if they dont know who we are, instead of sticking up their noses because they are better? to hell with that.

Tom and Austin apparently don't own houses or have young families. Reread your post again, Tom. It really doesn't sound very mature.

If the city of Redlands would look at the Husing report they spent thousands of dollars on they would see that the biggest group of people in this city fit the 15-19 age bracket....and there is absolutely NOTHING for teenagers to do!

If the city would provide activities -- skate park, community pool, arcades etc...for kids to hang out --maybe even create an safe place for kids to rave then we could build a community that supports the majority of citizens in this city! Heck, they can't even go to market night anymore!!!

Many teens have jobs and instead of spending their money in OUR city, they go to Ontario Mills, and other places that actually have things to do...this takes $$ from the city.

Create a place and they will come!

Thanks for oversensationalizing, RDF. As usual, your single-sided and morality-dripping articles once again fail to be news. Why don't you just rename your paper to "Redlands Daily Opinion". This article is laced with weasel words and the style is way below what the newspaper's founders most likely had in mind for honest journalism.

This article is shamefully opinionated and fails to convy any real information.
