Taft mulls annexation

If we just stay in the corner, the city of Bakersfield's going to be able to apply. The city of Taft wants to expand its reach all the way to where the new NASCAR race track is under construction at Enos Lane and Interstate 5. That's about 18 miles away from Taft's City Hall and main drag. via Bakersfield Californian

The only reason this lame town want s to annex is beacuse of the dumb race track. This crap hole town wants more money. They didn't want Denny's or starbucks out. This town needs to pull thier head out of their asses.
