Hey, your doing us a favor by hiring him...We will be able to get rid of him a little sooner...Then maybe our school district can start to get back to normal!! He has cause nothing but trouble and discontent... Hope your school district has a good lawyer, because he loves to file lawsuits.

Let's address the letter from the Interim Superintendent on Oct 15.
**Paragraph 1, page 2: "...newspaper articles pictured in video were fabricated." Please review mpcourier.com and verify for yourself that all newspaper clippings in the video were actual articles scanned from the newspaper.
**Paragraph 2, page 2: "...we followed the IP trail...and discovered the creator..." Does your Interem Super really think the public is that ignorant? Unless there is a court order, an IP address cannot be release. Or, is the Interim Super admitting to using illegal means to hacking the computer systems?
**Paragraph 6, page 2: "So much for the credibility of the people behind the video." Whose credibility is at stake here? Hmmm, maybe the Interim Super trying too hard to play a game of smoke and mirrors or admitting to illegally tracing IP addresses???
**Paragraph 7, page 2: "...the facts and the conclusions of the investigation..." Seriously, did you watch the video? More than just one person has filed a lawsuit and yet they are only mentioning this one, tainted, investigation? How about the documented legal complaint from nearly 50 teachers facing retaliation and harassment; or, all the principals pleading to the BOE to end the tyranny...just to name a few.
**Parents, educators, community members: Keep up the good fight! Don't allow your school to be brought down by poor management and bullying. Stay vigilant!!!

As a former member of the BOE in Massena, I am very dismayed at how fast things crashed in Massena. Mr Clough did not settle disagreements or dispuets through dialogue. Instead he settled them through vendettas. He brought the district back at least 10 years. I doubt that it will recover any time soon.

If the Fonda-Fultonville district is dumb enough to hire him, you deserve everything that you get. If there are PTA groups out there with a voice, start your research now.

I leave you with this thought:

Can that many people in a district be wrong ? His building principals wrote a letter to the BOE informing them that he was incompetent. That speaks volumes.

I would certainly hope that the paper supply stores in and around Fonda, NY have enough stationary on hand. The Massena Superintendent had attorneys writing hush letters to members of the community and even 3 letters that were written to 3 BOE members telling them to basically shut up. He even personally called a community member asking them not to talk about him or they would be getting a letter from his attorney.

Every building principal signed and submitted a letter to the BOE asking for Clough to be replaced due to his lack of leadership and poor choices.
As for newspaper articles, check out the Courier Observer and Watertown Daily Times. They will show a clear picture of Clough and the problems, the lawsuits and the mess that Massena is dealing with.
I personally did not see the YOUTUBE video but will say that the school in Fonda should speak to teachers, parents and students to find out what kind of leader Roger is. Do research online in the local Massena newspapers for the facts.
Don't rely on videos or hearsay. Read for yourself about lawsuits and threats to community members at Board meetings. Read the articles out of the papers!
