It's tough to see how this involves trademark infringement. The word "squad" is pretty common.

Per US trademark laws, Best Buy must do this or risk losing their trademark rights. This is trademark law 101.

I would not have a black Volkswagon...Make it a nice sky blue color
with clouds all over, like heaven. If you are talking about God,
the color black is so dead like and not a happy color.
I hope they get a nice car as a donation and make it a happy color.
Good luck to them.

First, know that Best Buy owns word marks and design marks for GEEK SQUAD. We don't know know if it's just the design, or the word mark, too, that Best Buy is complaining about.

The real question is whether there is a likelihood of confusion between this priest and his counseling services and those goods/services of Best Buy (the protected goods/services are shown in Best Buy trademark registrations and would include other unlisted goods/services that are in the zone of natural expansion).

I doubt whether there is a likelihood of confusion here. The goods/services couldn't be much more dissimilar, not to mention stark differences in channels of trade and an utter lack of market interface.

In the end, it's cheaper to change the artwork on the car than to litigate, even if Best Buy is in the wrong.
