Why would the Democratic party even consider nominating a 79 year old fuddy duddy republican to one of the most important offices in our great country? Go Joe - Franklin County will support you!

Old Arlen caught it big time in Philly when he tried to repeat the Democrat propaganda (read lies) about healthcare reform. The audience yelled at Arlen and Sebelius and told them they, and Obozo, are full of schitt. Philly is a union, Democrat city and the citizens were giving Specter and Sibelius what for as they tried to act like Josef Goebbels and spew propaganda. Let's hope it happens to all Democrat members of Congress across the USA. ObamaCare is a loser.

One thing you have to remember, Spector has seniority. His is in the #2 on the appropreations committee. That brings clout to what he says and money to PA.

Where is Casey in senioity and what committees?

A freshman senator is lucky to be allowed to use the senatorial bathroom.

An those of you who are union members know how seniroity works at your place of employment.

Wow, that's the same argument that the Punt supporters used. But then the turned around and supported Richie.

You mean the group of people, many of whom were bussed in, that were acting off of a distributed script that gave them suggestions on what to scream, when to applause and the best ways to disrupt?
Or have you not downloaded your copy, yet?

While you're at it, don't forget to print out the fill-in-the-blank letters to send in to your newspaper of choice.

Many people were there that actually WANTED information ~~ WANTED to participate in the town hall process and they were shouted down and called names, did you approve of that, too or did you not watch ALL the clips, like the one of the elderly gentleman being harassed?

Joe will be our candidate. Political theatre of Obama and Rendell aside, he seems to have the support of the overwhelming majority of rank and file Democrats ... the people who actually vote in our primary, and in November should beat the moronic, right-wing Toomey handily.
Franklin and a few other selfish, backward, misinformed counties aside, Pennsylvania is a Democratic state.

So why didn't Emmanuel bring in the New Black Panthers to beat up on the citizens? You know, the same thugs who were "poll watchers" in Philly.

Swallowed the David Axelrod and Rahm Emmanual propaganda did you? What proof have you that people were bussed in to protest? None. You are just repeating the Leftist propaganda.

Did you catch the line in the article that says: "Sestak, 57, faces an uphill battle in challenging the White House-backed Specter, who has millions more in the bank."?

I still contend that each candidate should get the same amount of $ to spend and no "special interest or PAC $. If you over spend or receive any additional funds you are automatically eliminated.

Then Spector or any other "runner" would be unable to "buy and election."

Oh, and one more thing.

The holders of the funds could then distribute the excess to those in need.(Interestingly, they could then in effect still buy their vote but at least someone would be better off for the "parties" not having the funds rotting away in an account that earns more interest than the you and I can get)

The Quinnipiac Poll shows Specter and Toomey in a close rate, but has Toomey beating the ultra-leftwing Sestak.
Regardless of who wins the Democrat primary, the backlash from the criminal Obama administration and their failed policies will sweep them from office.

One can only hope!(I'd say "pray" but that would open completely different can of worms).

The "entitlement" group that seems to always have their hand out for the next government "gift" continues to increase and along with thinking that the "government owes me something" forgets taht the government has no means of raising 'give away funds' apart from printing more money or raising the receivers taxes - thus the entitlement group is giving money to theirself.

Some just can't see the irony of this. Those who can need to get out and vote and not continue to sit back and hope for the best. The last I heard the percentage of those who do understand this is 50% to 45% Who don't - Wow, a 6% swing and we're doomed.

Get the word out!

Joe Sestak is just as big a weasel as Specter. He's a a whole bunch younger and would be around longer to do more of Mr. Obama's destruction plan for the Constitution.
