the facts never went public with Joshua's case bc he took a plea bargin.....it never went to trial.
Fact...blood alc. level .06(sanguinetti) so the investigators did their math and agreed on .08 at time of impact.Does 1 beer make a grown man drunk?
Fact..."detectable amounts of alc. in both teens systems" AGAIN NEVER WENT TO TRIAL..these facts never came out.
Fact.... there were witnesses coming forword from the party two teens were at saying yes they both were drinking.
Fact....Josh being pulled out of his truck, from strangers at the sceen.they thought the car could blow. then him running on two broken ankles before collapsing on the side of the road and ending up in a ditch...still at the sceen!
Fact.... teen driving, with detectable amounts of alc in his system, didn't even have a drivers lic.
**maybe if the two teens weren't drinking and someone with a lic. was driving this would have never happened!!!
sounds like someone found a scapegoat...easy when none of the facts went public!!

She needs to pay for her crime.It doesent mater that she "says" its not her fault. She was at the scene of the accedent and the evidence is against her.
