IF SHE WAS DISABLE WAS SHE ABLE TO DRIVE? WHAT EXTENT WAS HER DISABLITY? WAS IT AT NIGHT? AND SHE COULD'NT DETERMINE HOW FAR OR WHAT THE TRUCK WAS DOING? I KNOW THAT I DRIVE ALL THE TIME DAY AND NIGHT DISABLED PEOPLE SHOULDNT EVEN BE DRIVING. THEY ARE MORE OF A HAZARD THAN REGULAR PEOPLE. THERE REFLEXES ARENT WHAT THEY NEED TO BE. I THINK WHAT WE NEED FOR ALL PEOPLE 65 AND OVER NEED TO HAVE A LISCENSE TEST ONCE A YEAR. FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE DISABLED SHOULD BE TESTED EVERY 6 MONTHS!!!!!!
