Has anyone found info into what is happening in court???? Did the families last ditch effort to find old high school friends to write letters to the judge work???
I hope they were able to bring in those letters so his abuses from those same high school days could be used as well- open that can of worms Mickle family- many of us are waiting.
You can keep on waiting. You bet the letters worked!! There's no doubt. We know where you are getting your information from. You are dumber than a box of rocks if you believe one word that person tells you,!! We would open that can of worms, but we don't want you crawling around. Why don't you get a life?

How could he plead guilty when his buddy swore he was so innocent???
guess his mommies high powered expensive attorney couldnt stop truth from prevaling.
You are more evil than anyone I have ever known, except for one other person and we're so happy we don't have to deal with that person anymore. I don't know you and I thank God I don't. We know your source of information. I only have one thing to say to you, "if you believe the garbage you're being fed, you ARE DUMBER THAN A BOX OF ROCKS". There was no high-powered attorney, Idiot!! You have to be a very stupid person. Np one would write the crap you write and have even an iota of intelligence. You don't have a clue!!! I certainly hope you didn't live in either Tower or Soudan. I would hate to think that we had a creature like you living in our area.

I found this posting a LONG time after the fact and I began reading. You are not simply a hometown girl, and you clearly have some sort of agenda here. Your posts are too vicious for you to be someone who has been an objective 'hometown' observer. You demonstrate an instability as apparent as Tim's. What he did - it was not about his entire family. I did not talk him into it. I did not talk him out of it. I did not know about it until days later. I am not at fault for what he did. You, however, choose to criticize and condemn his entire family. I have a suspicion as to who you are, hometown girl, and I wish I had found this posting when it was written. Regardless of Tim's guilt or innocence, and regardless of your opinion about what he did, the members of his family were not accomplices. I did nothing. Having to grow up in that home that made someone like Tim possible was not pleasant. I am not guilty by association. I survived what I needed to survive, and I left that home and that town.(I'd advise you to think about leaving it as well. You're still living it, and it shows in your snarling). I stood beside Tim. He was someone I considered to be a brother. I didn't stand by his side to condone his actions - I did what I thought was the right thing to do. Walk a mile, as they say, hometown girl, and then you can yap. Your behavior - you definitely are from that crappy, little, mud-puddle hell-hole - and you behave like are still living there. I'm grateful to have left.
You are Tim's brother?? I wish I had grown up in your home. Your parents are very nice people. From what I have heard, you haven't been the perfect son. You have had a lot of problems of your own. You surely can't blame your parents for them. Take the advice you're handing out. Walk a mile and them you can yap. It's always so easy to blame someone else for our actions. My parents made our lives hell. If I've had a problem, I don't blame my parents. Any mistakes I made have been my own. I still love my parents and would never think of blaming them or writing something like you did. I know you are trying to blame them for all the mistakes you may have made. I know your parents. You'll never sell that load of BS to anyone. You haven't left. You're still living here, if what I hear is true. Could it be that Tim can blame you for all you have done??

I have heard he will be sentenced this week. His sister works for one of the local papers and no one would DARE put his crime in them. Small town politics are brutal.
His kids will be fine because his wife ( soon to be ex-wife) is a great mother! They are getting therapy and she will keep them safe.
Tim has been hiding out up in Soudan, very few have seen him and hopefully this has given him a wake up call into what is an acceptable behavior. WE can only hope.
I truely am glad I dont live up there because if I ran into him I have a feeling I couldnt be very nice.
Great mother huh? Lets her kids drink. Lets boyfriend beat kids. Now married to him. Steals money from her then husband(Tim). She is a pathological liar and anyone defended this poor excuse of a mother or woman is as demented as she is. I knew both of them and after a while the true Denise came to light. What mother keeps her kids in the car to run in a store? Yes many more things that I will not say for the sake of her children. If she was SO scared of him why did she try contacting him when she had ofp on him? Yes. I saw emails and was even there for one phone call. Yes he made a bad decision but did what he had to after that . She lied in court about the of . That's what sent him there. People are so quick to judge when they THINK they know the whole story. Get your facts right and ALL the facts you little minded idiots

Tims wife will be fine. She is STRONG and her family is awesome! The most important thing for now is to quietly support her because his family is out to make her the evil witch who caused Tim to crack- but many of us know he has been cracked his whole life.
Be strong Denise and kids- you deserve the best and remember you have a lot of people who know that you are wonderful- hold your head high!
Yes you are right kids are AWESOME..Denise however is a stealin cheatin drunk and pathological liar. I graduated with her and and saw her after that. She admitted to me that she lied about the broken ofp. Dirty bitch

I have know Tim almost my whole life and I have know his wife my entire life. I am so sickened by what has happened and by what his family is trying to do in the whole 'blame the victim' scenerio. I have watched his wife support him through every bad move he has ever made - she paid the bills when he was to lazy to work - she moved away from all her friends and family when he had to get out of Tower. He pulled a gun on her and threatened to kill her in front of his kids. No matter how he feels about her, he did this in front of his KIDS. His family is twisted and sick and believe me, everyone knows it and talks about it though they think they are above reproach and clueless.
You ARE clueless.Where exactly did Denise work?? She didn't work!!! Instead she cheated and took money out of his paycheck to "pay for bills" and spend it on own selfish reasons. Get your story right I knew both of them and stayed in touch after graduation and let me tell you what if you knew either of them like you claim, you would know Denise is dirty
