Foley has done damn little to further his district in the last 12 years! He has pushed for .08 and that is it. All the rest is lip service. He has not led, he can barely follow. He has however voted to allow 13 year old girls to acquire birth control without parental consent. He has voted to raise your taxes on property and at the gas pump. He has completely lost his edge, if he ever really had it. i guess it is good he is not a leader as he seem to vote very far to the left all the time and would probably lead far too many others a stray.
