Really, they had my sympathy..kind of, because I thought they just were out, got hot and sneaked. Unfortunately, they lost my sympathy when they did damage...but why swim with dirt and lawnchairs?? That is strange, you would think if they were delinquents that they would get out of pool, get dressed, then vandalize! Skanks...run...for office!

So, let me get this straight...Alburtis is going to spend thousands of dollars to create a downtown business district but the town has occupants that are nuts enough to vandalize a pool?! Oh yeah, spending all that money would really get me to go to Alburtis. What a joke.

Hey No Sympathy, the persons were like 17, 18, 19..later two the "adults".

They are jerks, fools and delinquents, but why, are you sounding like a total jack ar se saying disgusting things, that probably aren't true about a persons sexual orientation

If these guys weren't vandals (and I know they are) and were just sneak swimming, it would be a different story! So you are gay if you sneak into a pool at night to go swimming?
Tell you what, I am all for calling folks what they are, but you show what you are when you take it further and lower!

That demented Iroc Rocco, is a moron who says the same moronic things, over and over and over...some day he will be in court..I can almost gaurantee it!

Tricycle should be on one..(hence stolen)

All in All, yep, everyone around them should be proud of them. Unfortunately, I could easily imagine some of these poster doing just as bad...if not worse..by their comments!

oh let the kid be a kid...what harm did he really do? He could have been out robbing, mugging, killing, beating...and he wasn't. Let him be free...literally.

Okay, I am the one who was basically saying not to prejudice gays...a somewhat more modern take, even in PA flintstone country. I also was saying that if it weren't for the massive amount of vandalism they caused, that it would be an easy ticket "crime".

So, don't predjudice against gays +
no great harm in pool sneaking during a heat wave = "knitting needles and prune juice" as in the other comments are "modern and in"??

Now I know why you call yourself Screwy, I don't like prune juice, the local politicians can't stand getting the squeeze put on them. I don't knit, never did...but knitting needles make good weapons if I did see you in the morning! S C R E W Y!

Good prank if all they did was go for a swim but to vandalize the pool makes them criminals and I say prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. And as for the parents, two were adults and the parents have nothing to do with where they were. Only guilt the parents should have is raising a loser that has to destroy things to feel important.

Skinny dipping and vandalizing. I guess you missed the part about the damage. Someone has to clean it up.

That Doctor should be arrested for the day he delivered that guy. There was no reason he slipped between his hands and landed head first on the concrete floor. Poor guy had brain damage from day one. Come to think of it, from watching the news, etc, I think there are alot of brain damaged kids today resulting from landing on the floor head first.

JoisyGirl,

I feel the same way as you do, BUT, as mommy stated, they caused supposedly 11k worth of damage!

That sounds like a lot from lawn chairs and plants being thrown into the pool, oh, and a lifeguard stand.

So, the get charged according to the money amount of damage! Fair enough!
Stupid reason to have a criminal record...what provokes these people, couldn't be satisfied with a swim!
