This is the absolute worst company ever. The guy who came out "didn't bring the right tools". So, he couldn't unclog the drain. This guy was maybe 16 years old. Clueless. Called the owner he made some anti-american comments then called me a liar. Unbelievable. Stay away from 49.99 Sewer Man Inc.

$49.99 Rota Rooter service cost is per sewer line. Seems reasonable, but be warned! The tech guy will always give you a sales pitch to get their RootX and BioOne chemicals at a ridiculous highly marked-up prices of $125 each. That $49.99 ad will actually cost you hundreds of dollars if your not careful. Your sewage may really need this chemicals but look around before you throw your money down the drain. Go to eBay and search for Rootx and Bio-Clean (very similar to BioOne). You can get a RootX for as little as $35 shipped and Bio-Clean for $37 shipped. Just a friendly caution.

Excellent company. I am very impressed by these guys. They were on time, inexpensive and above all very professional. I called at 10 pm for a clogged toilet and their technician was at my door in 45 min. Cleared the drain and charged me only $49.99. Didn't try at all to sell me anything else or make job bigger. Keep it up guys
