Anyone who believes Wendell was the only person involved in the theft of all this money is a fool! There are definitely other who have implications. Wendell has taken 100% of the blame for this so law enforcement agencies have few places to turn at this point. What we, "the frauded investor" need to do is band together to exchange information and take action as a collective force. We need to share information such as those who got us involved in the investment, to investigating where the money has gone. There is more to this than meets the eye. Wendell is has proven to be a dishonest person, who will lie through his teeth at all costs. Even worse, he uses faith and religion to expedite his crimes. So stop arguing about god and religion and start focusing on finding out the truth about this situation. There is action we can take.

My wife, my daughters and I am among those defrauded by Wendell in his scam. I told "Retiribution" of Savannah, GA about Wendell's business and he put money in it. He lost money to Wendell and so did I, five times what "Retribution" lost. The U.S. Attorney told the judge at Wendell's sentencing that there were no others involved in Wendell's scheme, not even some of his employees. Who in his right mind would knowingly put one's own money and that of his family and friends in a Ponzi Scheme? A lot of money was spent privately in trying to find money that Wendell may have socked away. None exists. The FBI couldn't find it either. They told the court that none exists. I have friends and acquaintances who lost almost $1 million each in Wendell's scam. A claim in a public forum, such as this, that someone has engaged in criminal activity by implication or otherwise, is not protected speech. It is libel and as such actionable against the person making the claim.

How ironic is it when an individual(s) involved in selling Wendell's investment to second and third parties runs for cover and claims no liability, when it was their false claims of conducting the proper "due dilligence" on Wendell that led to so many more people losing money in this scheme. Even Wendell himself stated he did not know many of the people who invested with him. Those false claims made by such individuals at the point of sale hold a certain amount of legal liability to them.
This forum was set up for the purpose of exchanging information amongst those individuals who lost money to Wendell. Anyone who is interested in exchanging information please express your interest and I will set up a venue for us to communicate.
Nowhere will you read in any post of mine where I implicated anyone in association with Wendells crimes. For the sake of everyone else on here I will not continue to defend myself from the individual in Los Alto, CA. who is trying to defame me in an effort to save himself.
