Is there a projected build date?

Traffic is going to be a mess. Argyle needs to do something about expanding Crawford Road before Brookshires ever goes in. With the increased traffic from Robson Ranch, along with the new church and several thousand new homes (Canyon Falls, Harvest, Country Lakes West), Crawford will be a parking lot in the morning and afternoon during school drop off & pickup - which will translate into a major traffic jam at Crawford/377/Country Club Road.

Grocery store - yes. At that location - NO! With all the open land around Argyle, why pick the worst intersection in the area. Oh yea, Dema owns it. Corruption stinks.
