I hired this company, Outdoor Living & Patio, to do pool and patio work at my home. I was impressed with the professional and friendly office workers and owner and the A+ rating from the BBB. BUT I was never told the company hire subcontractors with illegal immigrants to do the work. These workers are here to make a fast buck and their work ethics and quality of work show it. I am so disappointed in the results of their work. I had to clean up after these men, I saw them piss in my yard, flower beds, and pool area! After lunch the took naps. And worse of all I am having pool problems with stone work cracking, equipment failures, and pool leaking ugh! ha ha ha on their 3 year warranty they come out at their convenience and do a piss poor job at fixing the problem areas.
If you are getting a pool think twice before you contract OUTDOOR POOL AND PATIO in Highland Village

Did you check each worker's documentation? Do you know for a fact that they were illegal immigrants? Did you make this assumption because they were brown and spoke Spanish? There are these things called work visas, ever heard of them? It is one thing to post a legitimate complaint against a company for poor work, but to make a bigoted assumption about the people themselves is unnecessary.
