norma was a good worker she was always there and always busy. and i dont think she got fired i dont think there was a reason too cuz she was always working and doing her job not like some of the other employes there

What does this matter? I'm sure there was a very VALID reason that Norma no longer works at the Oasis. Of course Lita can never defend herself, employee confidentiality, but none of you would know anything about that. Get the hell over it and MIND YOU OWN BUSINESS.
