I hope Midlothian doesn't have a new mayor, Stephens isn't the brightest.

Right! I woke up this morning, opened the blinds, looked at the sun shining down on us and thought what a beautiful day. I'm exhausted after last night but soooo looking forward to what is ahead for our village. Terry, Karen and Jerry, you guys handled yourselves with so much class and made us so proud of you. I wish that you would have received the concession that you deserved from Tom but that's just the way he is. Your village at this moment is standing firmly behind you. We took back what is ours yesterday Terry. Please help us to restore it to the place we love. Please always accept our input no matter how ridiculous it may seem sometimes. The residents just want their voices heard and I think they have made that clear last night. We believe in you and your team. RENEW THE PRIDE!! WOO HOO

Frances, I echo your comments. Terry, Karen, and Jerry made us very proud with their high class campaign and overwhelming victory. Also very proud of the residents in Midlothian who saw right through the Independent Party mudslinging and turned out to vote. Last night's celebration was special and provided lasting memories. I understand why TJM would be hesitant to show up, but at least a phone call was in order. Yes, today is a beautiful indeed.

Amen to all the above. The Pride was automatically renewed when it was apparent after 3 totals that Terry was in. That was a no brainer.
For those who read these posts that are bitter, don't be. Bitterness only causes Ulcers. Just think of it this way, "What goes up, must come down" TJ's head is spinning around.

All I can say is this is the change Midlothian needs. Kudos to the whole party that won because of their merits, not because of sleezy tactics. The worst was the letter written by Terry's mom dated 2001 that came in the mail on Monday. Come on, I call that desperation!!

I am also tired I just got done with a nice nap.

I agree I have always thought we should (have) been able to put out our ideas. Say only 1 out 20 or even 1 out 50 is good. You never when one of them will be an excellant one. I even noticed this morning when I got up the clouds looked especially fluffy today.

Now my dilema continues I saw a Woo Hoo in your post and being an Inspector Clouseau type of individual I will see if that helps solve my mystery.

Hello and congratulation Dean the new Mayor of Riverdale. Was checking over several sites and heard that your friends from Dolton (Shaw/Howard) are in town. You don't need that, you are a smart man. We wanted you, have seen you and know you. We do not want or need them here. Your background speaks volumes and for the sake of the business man you are, separate the two. We Love You and Congratulations.
