Changes that take place in Florissant don't just happen on the spur of the moment. Plans are made years in advance in the back room of Culpeppers.

What are these Directors saying to their employees about the 3% paycut. Sure is funny how these employees like Bob Russell won't be effected by the cut. He can just take his city paid car and city paid gas back to his home outside of the City limits. We must get rid of these clowns and this administration!

This is a serious question that I hope someone can answer. What is Bob Russell currently working on or doing to honestly argue that he is worth the salary he is currently being paid. I mean with the current economic state, I see that Bob hasn't brought any new businesses in. Actually, Mr Russell's partner in crime, the GMT Auto Sales Owner, has just left a bunch of empty car lots in Florissant. Now I'm open to listening to Mr. Russell's current value to the City, but I'd love to then hear the positive things that he does.

Is it true that the council is thinking of replacing Andy with a regular security person? that would sure save some money and put anothe police officer on the street where he belongs. Why does the Mayor need a police officer as a personal assistant? Anyone can make coffee and do earrands.

One of the items on tonight's councils agenda is a vote on Bob Russell's contract. Does Russell have naked pictures or movies of Lowery.

I want to know how much economic development in US dollars Bob Russel brought to the City of Florissant verses how much the City has paid him (including City vehicle, car washes, gasoline and maintenance) in salary? Will McDonald's, Verizon, Little Caesars and any other businesses he may take credit for during the 2009 Fiscal calendar year even pay his salary and expenses? I see he brought the 54 Street Bar and Grill in at the last meeting to give the City Council a reason to believe he's actually doing anything for economic development in the City. The man is a waste of time and money. I recommend suspending the economic developer for a year and spread his salary around the police and workers at City Hell.

Isn't there a tie-in with Russell and the Flo Detective that was arrested and convicted of bribery years ago? The guy was Lowery's aide, long before A.Q., for a long time. It just goes to show the caliber of folks he brings into his inner circle. I think the Detective and Russell were somehow in-laws or such.
