Why is it that Old Town always gets improvements first? Not everyone lives in Old Town. They seem to live in their own world apart from the rest.

--- I wish you there last night at the council meeting. Mr. Barrett presented the package with "NO" overhead for the generla public but this is a "grant" for 2014. This project is NOT suppose to cost the City anything...Council meetings are OPEN to the public. Stand up and ask your question---OH...that is not a questions and answer period but an opportunity for the public (citizens) to have a final chance to make a statement. Really think you are going to change their minds...Watch the cable rebroadcast of the meetinf to understand the procedure per the charter.

They will listen if enough show up to show concern and interest. All politicians fear more than a handfull of concerned people. Te more the better, the more frequent, the more effective.
