What's amazing is that more retailers have not started to harness these types of tools. It is humanly impossible to do what the KSS Retail article mentions, without a system. I've spoken with several retailers who have switched to KSS Retail and they have all had great success. In the end, a consumer ends up with a better price, and the retailer doesn't waste money promoting items that no one wants. Win-Win.
