My burger was prepared the exact opposite as I ordered it got all the way home after waiting for food to find out I didn't have fries and that my burger was wrong When I went back the girl who worked there said my order didn't come with fries only got a burger and med. drink for over 10.00 so I asked for a refund and they refused to give one even though they admitted burger was wrong then they refused to even give owner's name or contact number also stated they had no idea when he would be there. I do not recommend and never would a restaurant with such rude service . I personally go to a restaurant for food but I return for service. The staff is immature!

You failed to mention that your husband, Jeremy, ordered a "double" which totals an entire pound of meat if you get two (2) patties (extra meat=extra cost). Fries were not ordered, simple as that. "Jeremy" was offered a new burger on the spot, which he declined. During six (6) screaming and harassing phone calls made to our establishment by you, April Smith, help was offered multiple times, all of which you declined as well. Some people can not be helped no matter what!

We at Laid Back Burger Shack have a wonderful reputation in our small town! I feel saddened that you are not among the majority.

Florence friends, if you feel the need to complain through social media, just remember to come to us first, and we'll work it out! As always, we promise to stay true to our word like you've learned to love and cook you one delicious juicy burger you can't wait to come back for again & again!
