Daniel faced up to ten years for trafficking Heroin within 1000 feet of a school and yet does 6 months. Others got 5 yrs. Was he being used as an informant? Did he testify against the others he was arrested with? He most certainly did not learn from his jail time or maybe thought he was protected (if he was working with the task force). Some of these questions will never be fully answered. The three amigos may have seen this and wondered what is wrong with this world when we allow drug dealers to do so little time and then return to their trade. This will probably never go to trial because of what could be revealed.

There is no doubt that the more you mess with stupid people, the more likely stupid things can happen to you. These boys didn't pick on some badass to start with. The jails are full of drug dealers who do not snitch, they may have a harder time with the next one in lockup. I hope they have a good dental plan.

A reliable source just informed me that a family member of one of these three young men arrested said the drug dealer was warned not to sale his sister any more drugs and the murdered boy must have not listened. It still does not justify this murder. Hearing more of the reasoning does not make this story any less horrid. But it makes more sense the reason was more of a personal issue.....not executive outcome in nature....these young men are no mercenaries ....they cold blooded murderers....the law will treat them more humanely than they did the drug dealer killed....I hope they get life in prison:....death is too nice of a option. This story has really gotten to me there are still some of us out here that put value ALL human lives not just some...

bad choices catch up.. dealing or using = choices. 1 is know worse than the other. it's harsh for the familys, but the users and dealers make that choice for their, mom, dad and brothers and sisters. it's sad...but it's a choice....

OH! Come on you guys those 3 men that murdered that boy are evil themselves. The fear that he must of endured, I can't bare to think about it. He may have been a drug dealer, but people were not forced to buy or take drugs from him and as far as people and that die from overdoses that is their own doing. FYI, I have never in my life taken drugs or drank any kind of alcohol or smoked or used any kind of tobacco products. You should see and here some of the stupid people that come into a hospital after overdosing and survive, joke about it and turn around and go out and continue their use. These are not just young people they are different age ranges. Thank You

Maybe he like a little veal, cut up to make the sausage -> Pizza...Wasn't he taking "children’s" lives with every sale. He did a whole six months in jail for selling Heroin near a school. In Boone County it looks like the second offense is "la guillotine".

OMG.....it is apparent that you have no idea what it is like to be an addict. Yes it may be their own doing by choosing to do drugs, but the dealers are NOT blameless in all of this. Get a clue before you pass judgement!!

No I am not advocating the method, just the end result. These boys, it seems, were not very bright or prepared. They should have kept their mouth shut and left the dismemberment to the critters. The police don’t spend a lot of time looking for the killers of drug dealers.
the kid was not a drug dealer! He was poor as hell. I knew one of the boys Anthony B. What about his poss.of cocaine in 07. Like I said before your not going to get rid of drugs the cops cant the border patrol cant and those three cowards deffinitly cant. RAISE YOUR KIDS RIGHT GET THEM IN CHURCH EDUCATE THEM TO SAY NO AND TO BE A PRODUCTIVE CITIZEN and then the drug dealers wont have any customers. but your way off on that kid being a drug dealer. Get the facts first before posting your b.s. I guarentee u have broken the law before and what ever it may have been someone out there thinks u should be dismembered and tortured for it. Do u think thats right. Hell no. Everyone makes mistakes that poor kid was only 19 had his whole life ahead of him he had plenty of time to get on the right path. Jail may have got him on it. But people cant blame others for their kids getting on drugs. Everyone wants to blame someone else for their mistakes and problems. If those three wanted to do this world some good they should have went out and got one of these sick child molesters and killed them. Someone that harms an innocent child deserves it but no our society gives the drug dealers and users 20yrs in jail and a child molester probation or 6mths in jail. I see a problem with that

Probably because he is someones son, brother, uncle & grandson! Prob cause he didn't deserve it! Probably cause he was 100% mentally there either! His sister said he was slow! I guess you think prostitutes deserve to get murdered? Those druggies will get their drugs from another dealer now! These three idiots accomplished nothing by tourchering Daniel, have fun spending the rest of your lives in prison! And Jar leave it to the police & GOD! I cant wrap my head around you thinking this is ok!!!
U said everything i was thinking. I get so mad when these idiots agree with what those 3 did. I told him the same only one Being can judge us. Nobody gave those three the right to b judge jury and executioner. People like jar need to raise their children to say no to the dealers. I think of the fear that poor boy had to go through before his death. He wasnt even a "dealer" he was a user who knew a dealer and would get something for someone if they didnt have a dealer. That heroin shit I think all goes back to the doctors that where handing out the pain pills like candy and people couldnt afford them or they wasnt storng enough so they went to heroin. People need to quit blaming others or their or their childrens problems. take responsiblity for self and children. Im tired of hearing the "dealers" r ruining our kids...No your damn kids wont leave the heroin dealers alone thats why more and more peope r selling...because your kids r buying. anyways How Dumb,i agree with u totally

Edumacator, Check your facts. You have access to the internet. Go to Google, type in his name, He was convicted of dealing drugs in Boone County according to Boone County Jail website, I believe his sister gave the interview where she said he was out making a sale, and some counties execute people for dealing drugs. I hope you are not an educator because you don’t seem very educated. Going to church, being educated, and being a productive citizen does not make you a “good” person. Some of our local priest were very Educated, came in Church and Produced copious amounts of seman.

Maybe You should not be "Wondering" so much. You may not want to know the depravity/tribal traditions that exist in this world. In northern Kentucky, there has been a steady stream of dismemberments in recent years. Maybe they have always been here but disposed of more discretely. If you give this action power then they will have power over you. In theory the dead can’t get “deader”, the message sent to heroin salesman lives on and is hard to ignore. But to answer your question “You” find what I said sick,“I” find it amusing. Is either one of us really wrong? We are products of our environment.

Educator.........GET real!!!! You don't think the dealers are part of the problem?????? And YES he was a dealer. I'm not saying he deserved to die, but he was a dealer. You are wrong. I have seen how the dealers work. They do not leave the addicts alone. Anything to make a buck. I HAVE SEEN IT!

What part dont u people understand. U can kill a drug dealer a day and for everyone killed 5 others take hes spot. So did it really accomplish anything. Those three retards accoplished nothing but getting themselves put away. I really think they r a bunch weak cowards that picked the smallest guy in size and the lowest man on the totem poll in the drug game. Police cant stop the drugs border patrol cant coast gaurd cant so maybe instead of always blaming someone else for our own faults we should figure out a way to help addicts. Because they r the problem. They r the ones breaking in homes, stealing from their own family, passing around STD's and hippititis, killing people to get what they want. The drug dealers are not robbing and stealing they may have to kill a junkie from time to time. But whole point yes dealers may b a problem but nothing we nor anybody do will stop them only thing is if they have no clients they out of buisness. So lets stop blaming others for these addicts and their problems. These people that say he deserved it is b.s i would love to meet u all somewhere and sit down and talk bout it. I just need a time and place. Im a local so whenever is good.

I don’t believe that anyone of us “Pro Death Penalty for Drug Dealers” would care to meet with someone with no credibility such as you. You can’t seem to admit that he was a drug dealer as convicted by the court. If there was the death penalty for speeding I am sure, unlike yourself that most reasonable people would slow down. It would not increase the number of speeders 5 to 1. The same would apply to drug dealers. Without the supply there are fewer needles to fix. Whether you believe it or not Boone County gave your “non drug dealer” 6 months for selling Heroin near a school zone. Then according to “sis” he went out to meet with the “killers” to sell them drugs. Maybe if “Boone” had given him 5 years, like some of his co-defendants, he may have learned a lesson and he may still be alive. There is no doubt that the addicts are a problem, but there are no addicts if there is no one foolish enough to sell Heroin to them.
