Why does northern ky need so many Banks and Churches

No clue but you're right...I didn't know we needed so many freaking banks--on 42 alone near pleasant valley road you run out of fingers and toes to count them...Now the 6 ice cream places within 3 miles of each other (Graetters, Brusters, UDF, Baskin Robbins, Dairy Queen and Cold Stone) I can handle, just didn't know we needed so many...No wonder Ky has one of the country's largest obesity rates...

I just moved to the area but, wow so many churchs. i went down hopeful church road there like 5 churchs that are the same thing on the same road.

Yes...build more build more...and leave all the empty already standing buildings empty. Makes a lot of sense...

The population of Florence is fast growing.. a medium size Church holds what, a couple hundred people? There are over 30,000 people living in Florence, if half of them attend church how many Churches would you need to hold 15,000 people?

Florence also has a ton of elementary and high schools.. counting catholic schools.

As far as banks go, its a convenience thing, people tend to bank close to their house or their work..so banks put up several branches in the same city, when you figure 20 different banks..each having a few branches stretched across town.. it adds up.

And again, there are 30,000 plus people in Florence, roughly 15,000 of them are employed, If Florence had 20 banks can you imagine what they would look like on payday???

Why Does Florence need 3 Burger Kings within 5 miles of eachother?

How Many McDonalds?

Grocery stores? How Many Grocery stores are there within 5 miles of the center of Florence? BIggs, Walmart, Meijers, 4 Krogers, 2 Remke's..

Heck, there are 5 speedway gas stations within 4 miles of each other... 3 on US 42, by Industrial, by Mall road, the new one they build across from UDF, and 2 on KY18, 1 by the truck stop, and 1 by tire discounters.

How Many Gold Star Chili's? 6 or 7 that I know of..

Its not just bans and churches..its EVERYTHING that they build multiple locations for the convenience factor.

Your right, they are everywhere, on every corner, off every exit, on every road. I thought they were hard up for money, NOT! They can build and build and build on the fees, late charges and overdrafts they collect. What a stupid people we are for letting do it! The collect billions in overdrafts.
