twice in the past week, i been pulled over from officer P. Ridgell. i dont know whats this dudes problem is, if he psycho or trying to get some kind of end of the month quota, but he has been sitting by my work watching people and pulling them over when they get on the road. Last week i pullied out onto Weaver and he followed me, less than quarter mile pulls me over and said i was clocked doing 65 in a 55. I drive a base slow azz Dodge Neon, how in the world is that possible? i questioned him over the deal and i recorded it all on my phone, but he let me go, today i pull out, im at 55, he is coming in the opposite direction doing about the same, makes a u turn and pulls me over again saying i wasnt wearing a seat belt. Ok, at those speeds with his and my windows rolled up and i have tint, how can he even tell? and yes i my seat belt was on. Is he just some crooked cop or what? I know if he does this im going to see my attorney, and their azz is getting sued like i did ludlow police. Nothing bugs me more than a crooked cop that hides behind his badge.

hmmm... seems to me like you have too much time on you hands "farron". I know your type all too well. Since doing their job isn't satisfactory to you, when you need the police, DONT CALL THEM!! It is people like you that make me sick. Here is a suggestion, where your damn seatbelt and drive the speedlimit. Obey the laws and you won't have anything to complain about.

HA, Obviously you must be the most UNOBSERVANT douche bag out there. There is no BOONE COUNTY POLICE, only Florence and the SHERIFF dept.
If you have a problem, go sign a complaint and do something about it, oh wait you have to tell the truth when you sign those or you can be charged. Stop speeding, wear your seat belt and stop driving s NEON reject. I am sure you are just an innocent victim that has never been in trouble, pays taxes and minds your own "buiness" right?

Unfortunately there really are bad cops out there. After a couple of experiences with Florence officers by myself and my husband, I was able to get the advice of an ex police Sargent about how to properly file a complaint in case I ever needed to know. The really sad part about it all is that there are really good men and women doing the job, doing it well and for all the right reasons and bad cops give them all a bad name. I really wish departments would clean up their internal messes so the public isn't exposed to it.

Thank you. No one seems to bring up the point that no matter what profession you are in, there are going to be people who give it a bad name. We should be thankful that these officers and deputies spend their nights, holidays and every day on the road that we "normal" citizens get to enjoy at home with our families. You are going to run into unprofessional people in every line of work and that is a given fact. Stop pointing fingers at law enforcement just because they have authority over you. People seem to forget about all of the great things our officers/deputies do here in Boone County. We are lucky that we're protected each and every day and night by qualified, knowledgable, and caring law enforcement officers.

So what you are saying is that a Dodge Neon is unable to drive at 65 mph. Strange, I could swear they have that ability. Wow, you have also been hassled by the Ludlow Police in the past? Sounds like you are doing something wrong. I have never been hassled by multiple agencies. Sounds like you need to get your act together.

you really think cop sux?

lets say your daughter or mother is getting raped by a burglar or whom ever (fill in the blank) and she calls 911. Would you think cops sux then? you would probably want them to save your loved ones.. you only think that "cops sux" because you are doing something illegal and dont want any affiliation with them!

cops do not suck. the protect us and do their best to maintain authority on the streets. yes some cops may show their authority more than others and pull over people for petty stuff but in reality they are looking for probable cause for other things trying to be preemptive on cleaning up our neighborhoods.

I would never ever under any circumstances call the police. They are there to harm you, not help you. Always have, always will. That's their job. To drive around and look for trouble, just like the Bloods and the Crips and the Nazis. There's no difference.

Did you really just put the police in the same category as Nazis and gangs? Dear lord, you must be incredibly ignorant. See the ticket is to not break the law or do anything illegal. And Tada.... No problem! They do drive around. But to only put a stop to the trouble that people like you cause. I'm glad you won't call the police, they would be wasting their time on trying to help you. Or you're the type that the police get called on YOU!

you're the idiot. as a young man, i have had many experiences with police that have shown me what kind of people they actually are. they get a little bit of power, and they want to yell and disrespect me just because i am a young man. they say, "what are doing punk?"... "where's the drugs at?"... or "shut your mouth... you don't talk when there's a police officer around".

yeah, okay, wtf ever dude. the only good police officer is a dead police officer. they are no good lowlife pieces of scum. they go way past their authority, and they are ready to search you, and your apartment, and whatever they can get away with, and when they find nothing on you, they don't apologize, but instead, they insult you some more.

and if there was a burglary (not unlike the stealing cops do with working class people driving to work, consistent with the speed of traffic, but they don't care... they've got their quotas to fill), they wouldn't dust for prints, they don't even take the report seriously. they wouldn't find the thief or the rapist or the murderer for that matter, or the recent bank robbers, but they won't hesitate to pull over somebody who looks like they are text messaging, whether they actually are or not.

cops are no good. the world would be a safer place if there was no police.

no i am not a criminal, and no i haven't broken any laws, that's because when they tell me to "shut up", you know, when i ask them a question, even though they should be defending my right to free speech, but instead they act arrogent and stupid and they are the modern nazis. they are the murderers, esp. with black people, and they live on the government payroll, our taxes, just like welfare recipients... except welfare recipients never f with me like a cop loves to do.

you say whatever you like, but i know the truth and so does many others, cops are no good. don't snitch.

oh yeah, what about the cops and smoking pot. it's hypocritical to ticket and jail somebody for something the cops do in their own home. i know several police officers who smoke pot, but for some reason the law doesn't apply to them? the law should be for everybody, including corrupt police officers, and there's lots of them out there, and it's disgusting that there are authority sucking pieces of trash such as yourself that automatically think that the cop is right and everybody else is wrong.

the dumb obedient should be smacked in the mouth for being dumb and obedient. you say what you want, but you're wrong dkhd, and i can't wait until you get yourself another ticket or go to jail, and i'll laugh and laugh and laugh. that's what you get for trusting the police. trust your family. don't trust the police.

Your post doesn't even deserve a response. It is so ludacris and absurd that I refuse to waste my time pointing out every lie and despicable statement you made. You make me sick.

Yeah, what about the incident in Boone County where the woman was robbed, and her house was shot up, and one of the bullets had hit the baby, and when the police get there, instead of catching the shooters, they find some perscription pills, and they arrest the woman?

What about the murders that happen at the hands of cops? Like Oscar Grant or Timothy Thomas? Their crimes? Parking tickets, and who knows with Oscar Grant... there's youtube footage that is clear there. You can disagree with me if you want, but to suggest that I am a criminal when I have done nothing wrong makes me think that you are a cop, since that's what they do. You don't know me, but because I think that the police suck, then that makes me a criminal? I don't think so. In fact, I would love to think that there is a group of men out there looking to protect me, unfortunately, that's not the police. They have only harmed me, never helped, and you can't ignore many many concrete examples of that.

ms jackson and mr pelosi,

you two are dumbasses. i would like to see what you would do if your kid got kidnapped on way home from school or if someone set arson to your home. i bet you would go to the cops then. regardless what you all think the cops are making a difference. it would be chaotic disorder if we didnt have cops. look at mexico city were people getting kidnapped left and right and mass people massacre and cutting off human heads and laying them on a road. that is what it would look like if there wasnt cops. yeah just because cops like to show authority when a car full or young people driving around with super loud music and smelling weed smoke. that is their job it to look for suspicious activities you dumbasses!
