I dont know! I think there are different levels of punishment for crimes committed against different ages.. not too sure.. I'll ask that question tomorrow in court though. We go for trial setting.

No one is coaching anyone. How can you get an indictment on someone being coached. Figure it out. Court will prevail justice. You do not know others that can say one bad thing of me. so that would be false. Plus I have never done wrong. I am not the family with incest running through it.

As a matter of fact, No not too many women do this. I do not believe a woman would stoop so low. After reading the post. I spoke to a friend of mine who deals with these types of accusations. I must ask how long did it take for the Indictment? Normally prior to receiving an indictment all suspects are interviewed. If the wife was coaching, This case would have already been dropped prior to the indictment. A lot of states do not use the Indictment rule. It seems as though you are blaming the wrong person. Now I do not know if it is her husband but I do know it is not the wife as you have stated.

I came across this site and this blog, I must say to the person who is a family friend. You might be better off staying out of it. For one, the original post seems to be within the blogers right. You seem to have brought more info into this blog by posting your original blog. To me, it sounds like you are upset about the truth coming out on your friends family. If I were you I would sit back and wait for JUSTICE, before you snip off your own nose! Any parent in this world if their child came to them would normally stand by the child. I feel pity for you for putting the blame where it should not be. Let the specialist speak and you will find your true answers. The child in this case will be able to heal many wounds mentally if she feels comfortable in regards to speaking aloud. I hope for the sake of the children in this case they are in counseling. Children do not make up stories of this nature and get away with it. I am positive if there were lies, the lies would have already been reported. That is if they are in counseling. I wish the best to all of you. Please post the outcome as I will be waiting.

There will be a fair trial. So let's not get all in a uproar. You know when the trial starts. Lynch Mob...you mean the protectors of our children? They have much support and they have many people that will stand by them, so call it what you will. Yes I guess any child could say so, however if there is no proof how will it go to trial? You have to have some type of proof for things to go to trial in any case. We all have husbands and brothers and fathers...the question is...."Did they make there own bed?" I am so glad you think this is a game... Because in my book this is no game. This is my daughter you are speaking about. You never took the time to listen to the crap that was said. You were not there for the first few weeks of this stuff. You do not know anything but what you have been told by him. Not one judge has caught me in a lie due to i have not told one lie. If you know me like you think you do, then honestly you know i have not said a lie. In three years that you and i were close and spoke daily several times, i never lied one lie to you. I have not posted anything on any website that states any facts to the case. I know what I have been told by investigators, reports and detail to some degree but have been kept in the dark to this whole damn case. The day in court I will be learning the same things you will be listening to too. The part of coaching pisses me off, let me tell you one thing Ronda, I loved your brother, I stuck by him through crap with the other stuff. I lived where he chose. I had a hard time believing, it killed me to think this happened. You Do Not Know What I Felt.Darell has no money, there is no reason I am not settling the divorce except for fairness in the end of this. I hold none of you responsible for your brothers actions. I am sorry you had the childhood you all had. This is not your fault nor any of your others siblings fault. He is responsible for his actions as an adult. I do believe in capital punishment and if he is found guilty he will be held accountable. You have first hand delt with child molestation you know exactly what I feel. I again am sorry for the past posts asking for info on johnston kids, i truly did not care about yours or your siblings past but Darell does have a past and that past is here. I hold no grudges to anyone except for Darell. He harmed my child. He knows what he did! I pray that when this is done he will be able to fess up and get the help he needs. I believe his own truth to his faults will help him. He didnt love me, he loved my daughter... you saw it. So if I have judged then so be it. But I like you have to wait for the trial. I thought I would post due to this is what you are looking for...I posted this in the other blog too..as for this blog page i did not ask about children...
I would like to address this blog, when i posted it i was asking for the help of anyone out there with info on Darell, I have been asked by the johnston family to state I am not searching on info on the other 7 children only Darell. Darell did not live in this area as a child he only visited this area when family lived there. The older kids were already grown. So, here it is, I am sorry if this caused an uproar with anyone however if this were your daughter I am sure you would go to no extent on finding answers to the person who violated her. So, again sorry but this is my daughter he did this to and I like any other parent out there would ask for any information. I am sorry your brother is sick and twisted thank God the rest of you could keep your hands to yourself instead of touching children. I am sorry JKjohnston for upsetting you and did not do it with intent to hurt anyone. I have never been through anything like this and feel sorry for your whole family having this sort of thing happen to them or have a brother guilty of this, I know this is not the first of this nature in this family so I am sure you know my pain and anger. Ps. To Az.. Darell did live in this area growing up, he graduated Safford and also attended Florence. And many family members still in this area. So please watch your children in the Valley Farms area.. no telling when the accused might snap. For those of you and to the one person reading and commenting on here, court is set for trail Feb. 12, 2008 and pre trial Oct. 17th 07. I am in my legal rights to post all public info pertaining to this case.

Good for you Coleen for standing up for you and your child's right...coming from a parent and someone who was also molested and my own mother didnt believe me it is about time parents started listening to their children about this.
Kids in nature dont lie...they learn to lie...because they are taught by older brothers and sisters or even parents to keep their mouths shut...
Thank GOD your daughter spoke out! Do whatever it takes from you to protect her and see justice is done! Men who harm little children deserve NOTHING! Let them be placed in jail and touched and raped repeatedly by the other prisoners for what they have done and it is still not enough!
For others commenting on this page that are related or friends of this horrible monster...if he is so innocent why the trial??? why the case??? why the arrest??? yes people make mistakes but so many involved in this decision have all come to the same conclusion so think about it???
