Review: Intellichoice Mortgage East

I too was promised a loan modification in exchange for my last $4500. "beg, borrow, steal!" I was told by Intellichoice. "It's what you MUST do to save your home!" Here it is six months later. My lender is calling me off the hook and when I contact the loss mitigation department they tell me that nothing has been submitted to them and I am not being considered for a modification. No answers from Intellichoice and no returned calls. Now I see that they are in trouble with the Departmetn of Real Estate! BEWARE! Don't get taken by these scammers like i did. Thanks Intellichoice for putting me and my family on the street!

I went to Intellichoice over a year ago , They convinced me to stop paying on mortgages to obtain modification and I paid them 6000 bucks to handle 2 properties. I am a year later and they have done nothing. They are total crooks. I had to hire an attorney just to fix the mess they put me into which almost cost me my home. I was current on all my mortgages and they convinced me to default to get modifications and then did nothing they said they could do. It was the worse decision of my life to hire them. THEY ARE CROOKS anyone considering using their service is INSANE, stay away from these crooks, they will ruin your life. I have reported them to the state attorney general and they are being investigated for their illegal activities. They are offering illegal advice and will take your money and run.
