Is it just me or is the plans for the City of Farmington to increase their share of San Juan generating units in this anti-coal anti-power times a bit of a gamble (with rate payers wallets in mind)?
With this administrations whole-hog approach to wiping out coal power and EPA promising to force closed or tax out of existence all coal power generation, it boggles the mind any entity would think investing in it thinking it would be 'cost effective' and a consumer positive.
