Charlie Barnes was my great-grandfather and I remember watching as he and his brother, John, built these boats. By this time he lived in Branson and was in his seventies. Thanks to Mike Flippin for preserving this remnant of Ozarks' and my family's history.

i am a very good friend of michael flippin. he still has that boat. it definately is in good hands. noone better to find the boat and preserve it than ole flip.
