We are relieved to see this individual in custody already so someone else doesn't have to lose such a vital member of their family in such a tragic manor. We are very grateful that the new DNA law is in effect. We feel that should have been implemented sooner, and done more frequently. It does give us some closure, but still alot of unanswered questions, We appreciate all the condolences and comments from the people who loved Darlene and our family.
