he plead down from 229 counts to 3? and no one in the judicial system thinks theres something wrong with this? he knowingly was basically a legalized drug dealer, and this is all he gets? and he has the nerve to sue the dea for asking him to give up his right to buy and sell drugs. lol

All the low life pill poppers just had their supply cut back. Sucks to be them, but I'm happy about it. Now they'll have to find a different source to rot out their teeth.

Unbelieveable. You should be able to trust these people with your lives.. Oh wait every time you go to the doctor and get a prescription filled you do. Why would they do this illegally. No one should take that oxycodone unless they have something like cancer. My father had terminal cancer and wouldn't let them give him that stuff. He was afraid someone would get the information from the Doctor's office or the pharmacy and he would get robbed at his own home. I hope all you junkies are happy. People that really needs this stuff are suffering because of you and the idiots that they just prosecuted.

The Pain Clinics are a huge problem all over. I'm in Houston, TX and you can't throw a stone without seeing one. Even if the pharmacist did get the maximum sentence it wouldn't resolve the larger issue. Treatment and education are what the users need. This is a single case that won't make even the slightest dent in the flow of these narcotics. Where there is a will, there is a way. That's why the users need to be addressed. The suppliers are just one piece of the puzzle.
