Maybe Wal-Mart will call me now. I thought it was "greeter", not "groper".

Greeter turned bad. He was axing the men to check their bags, and axing the women to check their breasticles.

It is ridiculous that he has to register as a sex offender! The sex offender registry is legislation that gets politicians re-elected, because it feeds on our fear. It should be limited to dangerous offenders. A misdemeanor conviction should not subject a person to the registry, and the consequences of failing to register or failing to change one's address, which would result in a serious felony charge.

Perhaps him having to register will scare him enough to move on to bigger and worse sexual offenses of other people's rights. A pervert is a pervert either a misdeamor or a felony conviction

Anytime that a person commits an unwanted sexual act, it SHOULD be publicly documented.

This man knew what he was doing was unlawful, and unacceptable.

What he did is not just some funny joke.

He touched women inappropriately.

He can now get his kicks while on the Sex Offenders Registry.

Do the crime, do the time!

You say that until one moves in next to you. " Hey honey, you know that guy who groped your mon at Wal-Mart? He just moved in next door! I'm sure he's a fine guy. It WAS just a misdemeanor!"
Or perhaps you know someone who is listed as a sex offender that you consider a friend and feel they have been wronged...
If they behave for 10 years (i.e. no arrests), and are not deemed a "sexual predator." they can apply to come off of the sex offender registry.
If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

I'll second that. Besides, most offenders' behavior only escalates over time. If he isn't registered as a sex offender now, in 2, 5, or 10 years down the road he could be raping or assaulting women more violently, and then the pooh-poohers would be saying,'why didn't somebody stop this earlier?'

My daughter and grandson live in Fletcher. It's a good thing he didn't do this to her in that Walmart. Then I probably would have found him before the police. Would have been bad. Do these people not realize what a security camera does? My God what a dumb bunny!!!
