The city paid off the victims that fell in the hole (((fact))) because they were not guilty ??? It would have to do with criminal behavior of your longtime friends who happen to be city and county employees. All will become clear in time... were talking national story here ;)

Really wondering how is the collapse their fault and not the land owner.

In the words of paul simon...who do you think your foolin? This is a long painfull story... so bare with me as my spelling may be imperfect.

The city never approved the properties in question for safety while their associates owned them. Then when their buddy wanted to sell after hiding the existance of collapsing rooms in the basement, Wayne Beall and Fred Ford inspected and approved them. Though they buildings were all rented they had overlooked requireing rental inspections for 5 years. Until the new owner took posession.

At that point they came out weekly, condemning buildings within weeks and months after finding them perfectly safe. When the collapse killed Lisa Menendez and crushed Chastity Kettleson (15) at the time... Wayne was delighted to threaten pressing charges against the new owner for negligence publically to newscrews at the scene.

Were it not for numerous code enforcement documents never requireing the concrete be addressed... and the owner obtaining an attorney outside of grafton prior to charges being filed they would have been. In fact prosecuter John Bord was on the on the phone with wayne at 6am to discuss it as records show.

After condeming the balance of the new owners rental units they sought to shut him down. Even refusing to allow him to sell any of his properties. When financial devistation lead to trying to sell the property to outside interests... the taylor county tax office refused to accept payment and told the prospective buyer that they would not allow the title to be transferred due to owing city fire man fees and subsequent liens... interesting that the county was acting for the citys benefit huh?

Also interesting that these properties were taken at tax sale by Marlene Newlon new ray realty... and 6 years later are still collapsing yet are allowed to be for sale on her website with iwner financing though ms newlin has not been required to bring anything up to code by mr beall who has gine back to forgetting a problem that killed a woman ever existed. Hmmmmmm

Ms Newlon Is being allowed to sell these condemned properties and takes down payments on property unfit for habitation then wayne beall runs the buyer off with overbearing code violations... very interesting game they have going on...The city allows this... the city condones it... the city profits from it... and wayne is their dirty little boy isn't he?

Can you say murderous thieves? How about shysters and grafters? If not... try conspiracy to defraud!!!!

The city of graft was sued over this and did in fact pay off some of the victims to keep them quiet. I don't. Think the boys that fell in the whole were ever compensated but that's beside the point... I don't care what they admit, settleing does not make them innocent... they have an ongoing criminal enterprise headed up by their expert code enforcer / real estate broker, Wayne Beall. And obviously they and their county associates seek to keep it that way.

Their are dozens of cases of shadey code enfircment and property forfeiture in this little town... its no coincidence

It is no minor thing here. We are talking an ongoing fraudulent scheme perpetrated by city and county employees and associates. It is no suprise to me that Kay Thorn was let off with house arrest for embezzlement of tax funds... I believe she knew too much to prosecute, if she wasn't just made the fall guy. Would explain why she still has a house to be confined to.. o wait...no she's out walking the streets and going to church.

I wonder if GHA will be cutting a check to the federal government to repay those funds they won in a lawsuit against the contractor after Wayne ran em off? Will the railings on the housing authority balconies ever be fixed? Do they have another contractor lined up who's willing to make appropriet donations to the fire man fund or will those funds go into the BHO account to replace the missing $350,000?

Just Curious... so many questions need to be asked in Taylor County.

Hey fool they have already been fixed by a reputable contractor. And not one that has to pay off any one.
