As I read this article my conclusion was pretty simple. If he actually did it then he pays the price. But there are a few articles posted on several years of complaints the Woodell family has been airing in regards to DEP and Frack mining on the Woodell Property. Methane gas leaks in their livestock water sources, etc.. As you read deeper into the Woodell's complaints to DEP on their property issues I found it odd now that DEP has brought on these false billing charges? I mean in todays world $120k isn't that much money for corporations or the Federal Gov't and that was the amount that was taken over a 5 year period? Doesn't make sense, the legal bills for this just on the Gov't side will be well over $1M on this. I think this is a case a property owner complaining against the Gov't (DEP) and this is how DEP gets them to be quiet and continue Frack Mining to make money.
