I am all over the place. As far as Davie goes, yes she is to blame for the way things were at the hospital. The reason Q keeps her is because she makes them alot of money. They get money when she is hired, and fired. As far as Darlene goes, you and I both know Davie knew what was going on when she made the phone calls to fire the people. You want to take up for Davie, let me state this. There was an employee there that had been hospitilized, and she got fired for compalining about a nurse. When she became a patient, she was not an employee. Her patient rights were violated. Davie fired her for complaining. Davie was fired from the 2 previous hospitals that she was at, and if you would do a little research, you would see that one of the hospitals had to close, and the other filed bankruptcy and they are not sure if that one will close yet or not. Good thing they got her out of CMH. Come on really, 30,000 on desk?

(1) Perhaps instead of the CFO firing staff needed to keep things going, he should take a cut in pay from that $700 per day salary he's being paid!
(2) And what's with the male (married) board member who is at the hospital sniffing after Davie like she's in heat every damn day?
(3) And has anyone told the rest of the board members how Davie has actually said out loud in front of people how she has more intelligence in her pinky than most of the people in "this town" put together?

Right On, there cmh employee. What is it the CFO is making 150,000? And yes that board member has been seen just about everyday sitting with the CEO. It was rumored that she always wore her little short skirts to the board meetings and frequently crossed her legs.....if you know where i'm going!!! Maybe she needs to put a letter in the paper so that she can tell the people of Choctaw County how "stupid" they are. She needs to go back to where she came from and take the CFO and HR director with her!!!!!!!

Ever heard the term "divide and conquer"...that is the way David Lloyd is trying to run the Fleming County Hospital. The hospital board should have removed her months ago (even before her legal trouble). Now the board will keep her just to prove to the employees that they can't control the board. DUH!! She has ruined (now) three hospitals in a row...Can't Quorem find someplace else to send her..will no one hire her again??? As a taxpayer, we need the hospital budget (expense account) in the paper, just like the city and county and board of education have to publish. Maybe we would all be surprised of some of the legal fees and salaries that are pulled from the cash accounts.

If these posts are true, and it seems they are, then we must be the laughing stock of Quorem. The board says they had no say in the pay cut but couldn't they have made just a simple investigation into who they accept as the person who is going to manage OUR hospital? With her record she could not get a job as cashier at Wal-Mart.

It's time for the board to answer to the employees and to the community. How could you select someone with the record this individual has established? There is an obvious trail of failures and litigation that needs to be exposed and explained.

Why do we have to leave Kentucky to find people to fill jobs in Fleming County. The Hospital Admin., the Principal at Fleming Co. High. and the Librarian came from Mason County. I believe there must be someone qualified to fill these positions in Fleming County, especially the Principal and Librarian positions. What happened to the day when we had Clara Ross and Sue Flora over the hospital. Service has not improved with out of state personnel.

Seems like she picks the same people at evey hospital.. HR, maintaince director, IT dir, and her secretary!! That way she has it all covered! Oh yeah don't forget the board chairman, which is there everyday. Atleast this one is not married!! Kinda sad that when I grad there may not be a hospital for me to work at, unless they get rid of the source of trouble!

According to the Maysville newspaper CEO Davie Lloyd and Chief Financial Officer Ron Harrington receive salary and benefits in the amount of $28,493 per month from the hospital as employee of OHR. You would think she could afford to pay for her lunch. Quite a large salary, don't you think!

No wonder she didn't mind the 5% pay decrese, If I made that kind of money I would not mind it either! And I got news for ya she ain't work 10 cents, let alone that much dang money!!

While I understand the frustration with the CEO. Sandra is the one you don't want to piss off. She will be nice to your face, then bad mouth you to everyone else. This is why I'm leaving. I'm just tired of all the stupidness. Just watch your back-watch what you say. Ears are everywhere.

Yes. I think she is purposefully starting things. I wouldn't be suprised if she thinks she is going to be the next CEO and Womack being the chairman of the board. Lord help those that are left if that happens. Little does she know that the staff really knows the truth about her....well I guess she will after this posting. but I don't care. I am tired too. Real leaders would stop the bickering and stand together and work together. Just clean house at the top if they can't. The other thing that kills me is them saying that the leadership team made the decision. Geez, grow some balls and stand say the cutting decision was made at the top and it was the right thing to do. If you believe in it, you shouldn't have to drag others into it. Remember "The buck stops here."
