DANG, I just saw where he was on $100,000 bond!
The charge was fugitive from another state.
I always liked Andrew. I don't know what the original charge was or is, but I hope he is found innocent. He'll probably be extradicted to the place where the charge originated.
Just a guess.

When the bank decides not to renew your business loan because you're not making enough money then you can't pay the people you owe. That's what I heard happened. It could happen to anyone that goes to renew their business loan, or home loan for that matter. Anybody on a 5 year balloon for their house? When you go to renew and your credit isn't as good as it was, don't be surprised if your interest rate goes way up, or you're denied because you've been behind a couple of times, and if you don't get financing from somewhere, you'll lose your home. Be careful not to cast the first stone, this could happen to any one of us has a mortgage. Banks normally don't let just one spouse sign a note, they usually require both to sign. I'm sure his exwife is wondering when they're coming for her.

If that was all they would have to build more jails, most people just file bankruptcy

evidentally Mr. Mitchell was stealing money.. people would come in pay cash for mobile homes and he would pocket the money.. which in return means the home buyers would never recieve a "title" for their home. It has nothing to do with his wife. She was completely oblivious to it so leave her and her kids out of it. He will be extridicated to Ohio where hopefully he will spend the rest of his adult life in prison.. Hate it for the family but love it for him!

But I thought ignorance is not an excuse in the eyes of the law. Or maybe I've just watch too many cop shows.

Depends on yer last name.
Evidently the Mitchell name doesn't have as much stroke as it once did.
Regardless, I hope Andrew gets out of this soon.
I don't know the particulars, But I do know there are a lot more evil poeple on the street than he is.
Or at least like he used to be and the times we spoke to one another recently, he seemed like the same old Andrew to me.
Heck, if shady business dealings are against the law, how many "pillars" of our local community should be doing life in prison-or even be on death row in a few isolated (thank God) instances.
I'm just sayin.
